Welcome to the University of Arts user portal. If you are a new student or employee, or if you have problems accessing your account, please proceed below.

From below you can enroll as a new user using suomi.fi strong authentication (online banking), video and passport based authentication, or a PIN code that you have received by email. If you have forgotten your password, you can recover your credentials using suomi.fi or video authentication. If you have lost your phone, you can recover your Microsoft MFA credentials using suomi.fi or video authentication. Optional guided onboarding package is available here.

Use video authentication provider Candour (or Signicat) to authenticate using video and passport with biometric data.

First-time authentication using weak authentication: PIN code

Use a previously sent PIN code issued by helpdesk, student office, or HR.
